Ana Sahagun is a native from Guadalajara, Mexico, and is very proud to teach her language and culture. She has been working in education since 1991, has a Master of Education degree from Framingham State College, and has a B.A. in teaching English as a Foreign Language from the University of Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico. She taught English at the University of Guadalajara Foreign Language Program for ten years. She also taught Spanish at a language-centered Cultural Immersion Program for young adults at Concordia College in Moorhead Minnesota in the summers of 1991 and 1992. She has worked at Martin County School District as a Spanish teacher since 2002.
Ana understands that every child has different strengths and weaknesses in their learning process. Therefore, she is committed to having differentiated instruction in her class with a variety of opportunities for her students to achieve their goals.
Ana is also the proud mother of her beautiful 26 year old daughter, Fernanda.
